They provide foreclosure assistance, advice and information on other New York State government mortgage programs. Crisis Assistance and Emergency Relief: The county offers several emergency financial assistance and social services programs. The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) of the New York State Office for Minors & recently announced the launch of the CCAP eligibility questionnaire to allow parents and caregivers to answer some questions to see if they are eligible for the CCAP.
